The form is filled in in 2 steps. Step 1 consists of information on Young participants. It is important that the information belongs to the Young participant, and the phone number and email address must belong to the Young participant. Step 2 consists of information to the payer.

Frequently asked questions

We enter the information as quickly as possible after receipt. This is a manual process, so it can take up to 24 hours from the form being submitted until the membership is activated.

Both the Youth participant and the Payer will receive an email from us when the membership is activated. In this email you will find all information on how to get to the centres, payment, direct debit and the like. Payer and Youth Participant do not receive the same e-mail. NB: It is important that the payer reviews the e-mail sent to the Young Participant together so that the Young Participant understands the content.

It is very important to us that all members feel comfortable at our centres. Therefore, we have set up some simple well-being rules that will contribute to increased well-being for you and others.

  • It is therefore important that shoes are placed in the shoe racks when you arrive at the centre
  • Be kind and polite to everyone who stays in the centre
  • Remember to wash the equipment you have used well so that it is clean and ready for use by others
  • Throw rubbish and paper in the bins
  • Always train in clean clothes. Pay close attention to cleanliness and body hygiene
  • Encourage others to use the equipment when you have a break
  • Photography or filming of other members or staff is not permitted without explicit permission. Photography or filming in the dressing room when other members are at the venue is strictly prohibited.
  • Children sitting/lying in prams or car seats can be taken as long as they are not a nuisance to others at the centre. Children who can walk should not be taken to training
  • Avoid wearing perfume when you are at the centre. This is with regard to allergies

These are questions and answers aimed specifically at Rapida Ung. We have a larger overview that you will find here
