Privacy is a matter of course for us

This privacy policy is intended to provide information about how and why Rapida collects and processes personal data.

Rapida is responsible for processing your personal data according to this privacy policy. This means that Rapida is responsible for defining the purposes of the processing of personal data and also for complying with privacy legislation.

Rapida collects information and processes it based on the consent of the data subject or the conclusion of an agreement (contract) with the individual. If Rapida is to process personal data of persons under the age of 18, consent is required from the guardians.

The following information may be stored and processed about our customers in order to manage the customer relationship and provide good service:

Name, date of birth, address, postcode, gender, email address, photo (optional), mobile number, account number, and communication log (email and event log).

Through our membership system Boost, there is also a payment solution (NETS AS) linked to invoicing, card terminal and direct debit.

Rapida also records the member's use of the centres: visits and registered group lessons. This information is analyzed on an aggregated level to create better offers for our members. Members can also be followed up one-to-one based on their visits. This is done to provide an improved customer experience.  

Guests who have visited one of our centers (trial session etc.) are registered with the same set of personal data (with the exception of account numbers) as members in order to be able to follow up potential members in terms of sales.  

At Rapida, the member system is available to the company's employees and is secured through a password-protected login.

Rapida's website uses cookies, also from third parties such as Google and Facebook. We do this to remember you and your preferences, as well as for better targeting of digital marketing and insight into the use of today's websites.

Rapida has a data processing agreement with the following companies that have access to various parts of personal data:

How is the information deleted and archived? 

Information that Rapida is obliged to store as a result of the accounting and bookkeeping regulations is kept for the time we are required to do so. For access, correction or deletion, our users can send an inquiry to post@rapida.no Such inquiries will be answered within 2 working days. Rapida's processing of personal data is in accordance with the privacy regulations in force at all times.
