Training course for young people between 13 and 15 years of age. The course is adapted to young people who are going to start working out at a fitness centre. The course runs over 1 weekend.

The course provides knowledge of:

  • Behavior and proper use of the fitness center
  • The necessity of heating
  • Endurance training and review of equipment
  • Strength training in equipment and with your own body weight
  • Healthy diet and advice on activity and exercise

After completing the course, participants can sign up for membership in Rapida.
