Welcome to training at Rapida!
We help you get started with the training and offer you as a new member a free start-up lesson with personal training.
If you are to achieve good results, it requires good habits and continuity in training. We have therefore created three different PT packages for you, so that you can reach your goals.
With regular measurements, you can quickly and easily check whether you are achieving the training results you are working for.
You do not need to be a member of Rapida to use squash and cageball.
Anyone can book a drop-in via our app, the only thing you need is either an active membership or one profile.
Primetime is defined between 15:30 and 24:00, excluding Mondays. Friday.
